The Promontory Concept | Inspired by the fire pit council rings at Promontory Point, this Hyde Park neighborhood destination’s restaurant & bar are designed around a brick hearth. The menu reflects the simple tradition hearths represent in a modern context.

This Dining Out Meet-up is open to CHPV Members, non-members, friends, and/or relatives — share a meal, engage in good conversation, and meet new folks.
Three Course Prix Fixé Family Style Dining Menu*
$67.00 includes three courses, tax & gratuity
At each table, courses will be plated & served Family Style
Prix Fixé Family Style Dinner Menu Includes:
Appetizers– first course
house salad | Seedlings Farms strawberries, cashel blue, candied walnut, hearth green beans, sherry shallot vinaigrette, farm greens
chickpea fries
Entrée– second course
chicken and panzanella | cornbread panzanella, chicken roulade, buttermilk vinaigrette
ricotta gnocchi | fava beans, green garlic, lemon ricotta, pine nut crumble
Dessert – third course
seasonal cobbler
seasonal cheesecake
Non-alcoholic beverages
Coffee, tea, ice tea, water, fountain sodas

The Promontory kitchen is able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Alcohol and Other Beverages:
Other beverages--bottles of sparking water, alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, mixed drinks)--may be ordered and paid for at the bar.
Payment must be made at the time of each order by cash or credit card, (No checks)
Reservations:
Reservation and prepayment required by Monday, August 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.!
Each diner must register & prepay at time of registration $67.00
Seating is limited
We will dine al fresco on the patio, seated at tables of 4-6 diners
Reservations close Monday, August 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend, please cancel by Monday, August 19, 2019 by 4:00 p.m. via e-mail to tls1649@sbcglobal.net
Cancellations received after 4:00 PM, Monday, August 19, 2019 will not receive a refund!
