The Chicago Movement Coalition (CMC) in partnership with CHPV is hosting Parkinson's Disease | On-the-Move. Learn more about Parkinson's disease and resources available in the Chicago area. Discussion leaders are Dr Neil Shetty, MD - Neurologist and Movement Disorders Fellow, Northwestern Medicine; Karen Williams - Senior Research Project Manager, Northwestern Medicine and Valerie Ewing, member of the CMC and a person living with Parkinson's disease. This event is part of a research study through Northwestern University. This event involves a survey before and after the online workshop.
