As is the custom, a basket will circulate the tables for extra special contributions for the entire staff of The Snail Thai. Plan to bring extra cash to make your appreciation contribution.

First Tuesday of the Month
4:30 – 6:00pm
In person at Snail Thai Restaurant
1649 East 55th Street, Chicago

The side room is reserved for CHPV diners

First Tuesday Dinner Salon is our casual no-host dining together. Conversation around tables can center on life in Hyde Park, travel experiences, upcoming events, and/or politics. Dress is casual. On street parking available. First Tuesday Dinner Salon is open to CHPV members and non-members.

Each diner orders off the Snail Thai menu.

Each diner pays their own tab + tax and 20% gratuity added.

• If you are experiencing Covid-19, flu, or cold symptoms and/or are not feeling well, please refrain from participating in CHPV in-person activities. Please contact us if you are compelled to cancel due to illness and wish to receive a full refund.

• CHPV strongly recommends wearing a face mask when not actively eating or drinking.
