2nd Thursday of the month, 1-2pm

The South Shore Senior Center (SSSC) in collaboration with the SHARE Network is excited to present Learn & Thrive Thursdays, a free virtual educational series held every second Thursday of the month. Each session will feature a variety of informative topics centered on health and wellness for older adults.

- November 13, 2025: Brain Health 101 (Shellie Williams, MD)
- December 11, 2025: Mobility (Stephanie Groth, DPT and Megan Huisingh-Scheetz, MD)
- January 8, 2026: Super Aging (Emily Rogalski, PhD)
- February 12, 2026: Managing Medications (Effie Mathew, MD, and Nyesha White, DO)
- March 12, 2026: Cancer Screening (Leeseul Kim, MD)
- April 9, 2026: Urinary incontinence/Bowel Health (Liz Zavala, MD)
- May 14, 2026: TBD (Latrice Baker, LCSW and Christina Bernhardy, LCSW, ASW-G)
