NOTICE’s objective is to elevate and amplify women of color for the purpose of increasing the number of women of color who advance into leadership positions. This group facilitates mentorship and professional development opportunities, dialogue, and safe spaces, as well as, resources for members in an effort to cultivate internal talent within the University of Chicago Medical Center. Through these activities, NOTICE will increase the visibility of qualified internal candidates who are women of color for leadership positions across the organization. We welcome the entire University of Chicago Community to attend the informational sessions to learn, support, and ally around the goals of NOTICE Resource Group.
