providing essential services for our neighbors who are choosing to age in place
in their own homes in the community we love - Hyde Park.
RSVP and registration:
A prepaid reservation of $100.00 by September 9th is required.
You may complete your online registration by paying with a credit card

We must receive your payment by 9/9/19 in order to complete your reservation.

Donations:
Chicago Hyde Park Village is a 501(c)(c) nonprofit organization
$50 of the $100 registration fee is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
