What —

3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu* ($38.00)

First Course – Appetizer Choice of one—selected with your waiter at the table

• Soup du jour
• Salad of Mixed Greens – English cucumber, hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, and French goat’s cheese croustillade with herbed mustard vinaigrette
• Alsatian onion tart with Gruyere cheese with small salad of baby arugula and marinated cherry tomatoes

Second Course – Entrée Choice of one—selected with your waiter at the table

• Roasted filet of fresh Atlantic salmon – compote of vegetables and baby potatoes (carrots, parsnips, yellow squash, broccoli) with a Chablis cream sauce and fresh herbs
• Breast of chicken roasted with lavender honey – French green beans, sweet potato flan and baby peas with a Port shallot sauce
• Steak au poivre – 7 oz center-cut butt steak, French green beans and pureed Yukon Gold potatoes with a herbed butter sauce
• Poivron farci Provencal – red pepper with ratatouille Provencal and saffron rice over toasted polenta gateau with a spiced tomato coulis

Third Course – Dessert Choice of one—selected with your waiter at the table

• Apple tart grand-mere – apple custard with currants and walnuts
• Belgian chocolate torte – flourless dark chocolate torte, Chantilly cream and fresh raspberries
• Berry Minestrone – mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) with a pink guava sorbet

Coffee, tea, soda, sparkling water, wine, beer, and mixed drinks are available for an additional cost and will paid by the diner with cash or credit card at the end of the dinner

How —

• Reservation is required. Only those with a prepaid reservation may attend. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
• The $38.00 (payable at the end of the dinner) includes:
• 3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner (select choices with your waiter at the table)
• Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to each diner’s tab at the end of the dinner
• Each diner will receive an individual tab
• Each diner may pay with cash or a credit card
• Reservations open Sunday, August 26^th and closes Tuesday, September 11^th at 4:00 p.m.

• Seating is limited; those who register after the seating limit is reached will be placed on a wait list. If a space opens up, you will be contacted to confirm registration and obtain payment
• Cancellation - please cancel before Tuesday, September 11^th by 4:00 p.m. if you are unable to attend, please contact Terry Stumpf at tls1649@sbcglobal.net
• This Meet-up is open to CHPV Members, non-members, friends, and/or relatives (you must for your guest!)
• No Charge parking is available in The Hyde Park Shopping Center’s Parking Lot
