Lunch Gathering: Honoring Women's History Month
Wednesday, March 27
10:30 – 1:00 Central

Join us to honor Women's History Month and celebrate local, women-owned, small businesses. Enjoy lunch, conversation, games, & free fitness with Coach Wesley! Browse the Book and Jewelry Exchange. Get tech assistance from our UChicago Tech Savvy Friends. Registration is required for the optional lunch.

Where in the World
Chicago Hyde Park Village works every day to build a welcoming and inclusive community for all members and friends. We hope you will join us at the Lunch Gathering for a new activity we're calling "Where in the World." Look for two large maps where we encourage you to place colored pins marking where in the world you were born and where you grew up. You will also have a chance to answer a few simple questions on paper so we all can learn more about the many different journeys that brought together our CHPV community. Our thanks to Dorothy Strang and CHPV's DEIA Team for their efforts on this initiative.

We strive to keep our fees as affordable as possible. With the increasing costs of food and supplies, we are forced to increase the Lunch Gathering fee by the nominal amount of $3 for most participants. The fee for CHPV members at the income-eligible Access membership level will not change. And we continue to honor a "pay what you can" rate at the door for those who find the fee to be a financial barrier to participation.

Schedule
10:30 – Doors open for Exercise with Coach Wesley Pulphus
11:00 – Arrive to chat with friends
11:30 – Announcements and activities begin. Also browse the Book & Jewelry Exchange and get tech help with UofC students
12:00 – Lunch is served
1:00 – Wrap-up
