Aides & Devices Table:
CHPV's Member Services Committee is pleased to present the Aides and Devices Table! Get information on commonly available items to assist with everyday tasks such as dressing, bathing, and getting out of bed. These devices help moderate the limitations of age and illness by providing assistance and safety, and fostering independence.

 

Where in the World:
Join in a new activity! Place colored pins on two large maps marking where in the world you were born and where you grew up. You will also have a chance to answer a few simple questions on paper so we all can learn more about the many different journeys that brought together our CHPV community. Our thanks to Dorothy Strang and CHPV's DEIA Team for their efforts on this initiative.

This conference is designed to help our community Release The Silence and RACE into Action on Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. It is geared towards caregivers, future caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Hear about the latest treatments, learn how to pay for care, and share your voice in breakout sessions with leaders in the industry. City of Chicago's Senior Services Area Agency on Aging would like to hear from Older Adults in Chicago. They are in the process of developing their FY2025-27 Area Plan on Aging to request funding to implement programs and services for older adults and their caregivers. If you are 60 years of age and older or a caregiver for an older adult (60 years of age or older), please complete the FY 2025 Chicago Senior Needs Assessment Survey.
