UChicago Medicine plans to pilot its new Hospital at Home program in November. They are reaching out to engage community members in designing this new pilot project. Join us at CHPV for a hands-on design session facilitated by the Equitable Healthcare Action Lab of IIT Institute of Design. Refreshments will be provided.
