CHPV Awarded NBCUniversal Local Impact Grant | Chicago Hyde Park Village is honored to be a recipient of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation’s 2025 Local Impact Grants Challenge, receiving $37,272 in unrestricted funds to strengthen our mission of neighbors helping neighbors. This competitive program awarded $2.5 million to 69 nonprofits across 11 U.S. cities, and we are honored to be recognized for our work in fostering community engagement on Chicago’s South Side.
This grant is not just an award—it’s an investment in CHPV’s mission to build a caring, age-friendly community of neighbors helping neighbors. With this support, we can continue fulfilling programs and services that connect, uplift, and empower older adults, caregivers, and volunteers.
We are deeply grateful to Comcast NBCUniversal and NBCUniversal Local for investing in community-based organizations like ours. Their trust in CHPV helps ensure we can continue building a stronger, more caring community together.
