Ellie Zhou
Xiao Yi (Ellie) Zhou, MD, is Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Science and Assistant Professor of Pathology at UChicago Medicine. She is an experienced board-certified ophthalmologist who provides specialized care for a wide range of retinal conditions in adults and children.

This one-hour presentation will introduce mindfulness techniques that can effectively enhance the quality of life of those impacted by Parkinson's disease. Opportunities for practice will be integrated throughout the hour. You must have a diagnosis of Parkinson Disease or be a care partner of someone with Parkinson Disease to attend this program.
